The Member Services Department executes routine administrative duties and is the primary customer service person to answer incoming calls and greet the public.

Responsibilities

  • Route calls to appropriate departments
  • Customer service at the front desk
  • Creates & distributes work orders for processing
  • Mail service, Inter-departmental delivery, and Newsletters
  • Schedules Notary Public (by appointment only)
  • Maintains filing system
  • Schedules Clubhouse rentals
  • Key purchases & distribution
