The Member Services Department executes routine administrative duties and is the primary customer service person to answer incoming calls and greet the public.
Responsibilities
- Route calls to appropriate departments
- Customer service at the front desk
- Creates & distributes work orders for processing
- Mail service, Inter-departmental delivery, and Newsletters
- Schedules Notary Public (by appointment only)
- Maintains filing system
- Schedules Clubhouse rentals
- Key purchases & distribution
