Port Royale / Mardi Gras - Clubhouse Renovation

To:     Port Royale Village Homeowners and Mardi Gras Village Homeowners
Re:    Clubhouse Renovation

Dear Mardi Gras and Port Royale Homeowners,

A renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms in the Port Royale/Mardi Gras clubhouse is taking place from January until the end of February 2020. 

During the renovation, the clubhouse will be closed, and only one restroom will be open. 

It will be a unisex restroom with a lock on the inside for privacy. Trinidad and Kingston Villages have graciously agreed to make their clubhouse available to owners/residents of Port Royale and Mardi Gras Villages during the renovation.
