Dear Antigua Owners:

We are finally ready to start our long-awaited repair project. It’s been quite the journey to get us to this point, but it finally here.  The project is scheduled to begin on April 26, 2017.

They will be starting at units 108 through 99 to begin with. They will continue working their way through the Village until the work is finished sometime in Nov./Dec.

I have attached the notice from Jon Wayne Construction (JWC) advising all residents of what and how they will be working in our Village.  You will also see examples of the door notices they will be placing on our units so that everyone is informed.

If you have tenants in your unit, please advise them of this upcoming work. They will of course be receiving notices on their doors also.

I would like to thank the color committee for their work and time in selecting the new colors we will be using. At our last walk through we had eleven owners reviewing the final selections. It was a really impressive group of very positive owners all focused on doing the right thing for our Village.

We will be having a Village meeting on April 22 at 10:00am. It will be in the Grand Caribe room, at which time Jon Wayne representatives will explain and answer any questions you may have about this project.

I continue to work on numerous other subjects regarding Antigua, and will be sending a comprehensive newsletter addressing these subjects soon.
