To have nominated candidates on the ballot, candidate petitions must be received by June 30th, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.

A candidate may also be nominated by a “Neighborhood Nominating Meeting” held no later than August 11th, 2016 by a 2% petition signed on or after October 1st, 2015 within 11 months of the Annual Meeting and delivered to the HOA office by hand or mail no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 31^st, 2016 or hand-delivered at the Annual Meeting no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 1^st, 2016.
